By installing, accessing, or using ConvoPipe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvoPipe is a Chrome extension that allows users to:

• Capture conversations from ChatGPT
• Export conversations in multiple formats (HTML, PDF, Markdown)
• Publish conversations directly to Notion

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ConvoPipe. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

• 50 exports per month
• 10 Notion publishes per month
• All export formats included
• Limits reset on the 1st of each month

4.2 Pro Tier ($5/month)

• Unlimited exports and Notion publishes
• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Billed monthly, automatically renewing
• Cancel anytime (no refund for partial months)

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests. No questions asked.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ConvoPipe to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Export or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Abuse the Service through automated scripts or bots (beyond normal usage)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the conversations you export. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for:

• The content you choose to export
• Ensuring you have the right to export and distribute that content
• Complying with OpenAI's terms of service for ChatGPT content

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The ConvoPipe extension, website, logo, and brand are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 ChatGPT

ConvoPipe interacts with ChatGPT. You must comply with OpenAI's Terms of Service when using ChatGPT content. We are not responsible for any violations of OpenAI's terms.

7.2 Notion

If you use our Notion integration, you must comply with Notion's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Notion.

7.3 No Liability for Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services like ChatGPT or Notion.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of ConvoPipe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We process your conversations but do not store them
• Data passes through our servers and is immediately discarded
• We only store account information and usage limits

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

ConvoPipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific needs
• The accuracy or reliability of exports
• Compatibility with future versions of ChatGPT or browsers

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoPipe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you export or publish using ConvoPipe

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via:

• In-extension notification
• Notice on our website

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Uninstalling the extension
• Canceling your subscription
• Requesting account deletion via email

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Binding arbitration in Ludhiana, Punjab, India (if negotiation fails)

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConvoPipe.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party.
