2.2 Conversation Data (Not Stored)

When you use ConvoPipe to export conversations:

• Your ChatGPT conversations are sent to our servers for processing
• We process this data in real-time to generate exports (PDF, HTML, Markdown)
• We do NOT store, save, or retain your conversations
• Data is processed in memory only and immediately discarded after export
• Processing typically takes 1-5 seconds, after which the data is gone

2.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and version
• Extension version
• Error logs (for debugging purposes)
• Usage analytics (e.g., which export format you use)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our service
• Process your exports and Notion integrations
• Enforce usage limits (50 exports, 10 Notion publishes for Free tier)
• Send you service-related emails (e.g., subscription confirmations)
• Improve our product based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

4. Data Processing and Storage

4.1 Zero Data Retention Policy

• Your email address and account credentials
• Subscription status and payment information (via Stripe)
• Usage counters (exports remaining this month)
• Notion API tokens (encrypted, if you connect Notion)

4.3 What We DON'T Store

• Your ChatGPT conversations
• Exported files (they go directly to your device)
• Conversation history or logs
• Any content from your AI chats

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Notion Integration

If you connect your Notion account, we use your Notion API token to publish conversations directly to your workspace. We store this token securely (encrypted) but never access your Notion content beyond what's necessary to publish.

5.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

5.3 Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use ConvoPipe. No personal data is shared with third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures:
